Logan Remson

As the Energy Southeast (ESE), A Cooperative District, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Logan Remson’s responsibilities include the following: maintaining the ESE cash flow program; overseeing all accounting functions of ESE; providing the ESE Board of Directors, management, lenders and rating agencies with accurate financial information; ensuring that the bond trust accounts are properly funded and all bond resolution requirements are met; ensuring that ESE financial records are audited annually; ensuring the accurate and timely payment of all ESE accounts payable; billing procedures and practices related to the ESE’s revenue policies and contracts; and directing the preparation of the ESE budget.

Mr. Remson joined ESE in October 2024 after a nine-year tenure with Jackson Thornton as an Audit Associate, Audit Senior Associate, Audit Supervisor, and most recently, an Audit Manager.

He earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Auburn University Montgomery (AUM), as well as a Master of Business Administration from AUM. He has earned the Alabama CPA License.
